Important Delivery information FOR SUPPLIERS

Before delivering stock to our processing plants, please ensure you understand and meet the appropriate requirements. No bookings will be accepted until we receive signed confirmation from a TFI buyer. To see more relevant information, review the appropriate location and stock type below.  

Lobethal plant PIC: SK900744

  • All lambs must be MSA certified.
  • All small stock must be Russian eligible.
  • All stock are to be delivered to Lobethal.
  • All stock must be accompanied with the latest NVD & Health statement form.
  • Minimum consignment of 50 head per vendor.
  • Grass Seed must not be apparent. Penalty of up to $2.00/kg may apply.
  • All stock must carry an approved NLIS ear tag.
  • All stock must be delivered in a clean and hygienic manner. Any stock delivered in an unhygienic state will be rejected or shorn at the vendor’s cost.
  • Our pricing grid is valid for the following 7 days from the date displayed in the grid, unless superceded by another version.
  • Failure to complete Question 7 on NVD with “Raised without Antibiotics” or “Raised with Antibiotics” will result in a .10c/kg penalty.

Tamworth Plant PIC: NG995012

  • All lambs must be MSA certified. Non MSA accredited lambs will be discounted .20cents/kg.
  • All small stock must be Russian eligible.
  • All stock are to be delivered to Tamworth.
  • All stock must be accompanied with the latest NVD.
  • Minimum consignment of 100 head per vendor.
  • Grass Seed must not be apparent. Penalty of up to $2.00/kg may apply.
  • All stock must carry an approved NLIS ear tag..
  • All stock must be delivered in a clean and hygienic manner. Any stock delivered in an unhygienic state will be rejected or shorn at the vendor’s cost.
  • Our pricing grid is valid for the following 7 days from the date displayed in the grid, unless superceded by another version.

All stock to be delivered within the Dept of Transport, Agriculture and Land, and Animal Welfare Guidelines. Legal loading is required. Driving times may be required.

  • Heifers must arrive with pregnancy-tested vet certificate within previous 14 days, otherwise a $20 p/h will apply for pregnancy testing. If tested and heifer is in calf, a further discount of $1.50 p/kg will apply.
  • Minimum Consignment 50 head. Anything less than 50 will incur a 10c penalty.
  • Any cattle that arrive outside of above spec and have not been quoted will be priced at $1.50 P/Kg.
  • Applicable shrink: 0-50km less 5%, 51-100km less 4%, 101-200 less 3%, 201-300 less 2%, 301-400 less 1%, 401+ no shrink.
  • Delivery to feedlot before 3pm.
  • All prices subject to change without notice.
  • Cattle to be in Store or Forward Store (Score 1 to 3) condition and of Medium Frame.
  • Cattle must be HGP Free unless pre arranged with TFI.
  • Cattle must have been owned by vendor on the NLIS Data base a minimum of 60 days (less than 60 days will be discounted 60c).
  • Cattle that need drafting on arrival (boxed lots, vendors, steers/heifers) will incur $5.00/hd.
  • All animals must have NLIS Electronic tags. Any tags missing will be charged $15.00/hd.
  • Vendor feedback will be provided 4 days after deliveries are received.
  • All cattle must arrive with LPA NVD (2013 +). Edition must be life time traceable.
  • All Purchases as “EU Eligible” that are not LT, missing tags, or non readers will be downgraded. Steers less .05/kg and heifers less .10/kg.
  • NVD must be filled in correctly and arrive with cattle, or discounts/ downgrades will apply.
  • Bovilis MH + IBR treated cattle: +$20.00 Per Head
  • To be eligible for the Bovilis MH + IBR Premium, cattle must be treated a minimum of 14 days prior to the cattle being delivered at Iranda and the details of the vaccination need to be completed on the grid below and returned prior to delivery.
